From the moment she wakes, Willow Lou inhabits a world all her own. Peer through her eyes on an enchanted escapade involving a magical jungle, fairy friends, and a jungle queen. Come bounding and scrambling along, heedless of warnings, as this ordinary girl with extraordinary imagination creates elaborate quests.Though a mother’s wisdom goes often unheeded, a mother’s love remains to heal. Join Willow Lou as she plunges fearlessly into jungles of her mind’s making, chasing dreams just out of reach.

Cole Thornton is a serving soldier in the British Army who created this story from watching his real-life daughter, Willow Lou. Having seen something of the harder side of life, this children’s tale was born out of a desire to bring joy. A devoted father and husband, he could never get enough of the joy brought to him by his family and therefore sought to share a part of this in his works as a children’s author.
