Liesel Kippen (Lawrence) has had many years of teaching experience in both primary and secondary school settings. She has held leadership positions and has coached, mentored and provided support to teachers in a variety of learning areas (English, writing, mathematics, thinking curriculum and assessment) on a number of educational platforms in her leadership role. Liesel is passionate about writing and has achieved great success in encouraging students to write and enjoy critical thinking experiences. She has demonstrated many exemplary teaching skills to engage students and to support teachers in the teaching of writing. Her Writers’ Workshops have been highly successful with Victorian teachers. She has a huge passion for writing and endeavours to share this with her readers.
