Victoria Anne Norris was born on the 11th March 1974 at Farnborough Hospital and grew up in Kent, England. After furthering her education, she worked in London on the financial markets, when later she moved to Cornwall and started her own business making ice cream. After a few years whilst developing her ice cream, Victoria’s imagination started to run wild and she would see her ice creams coming to life as little ice cream characters. She was creating in her own mind a world of ice cream people. Victoria quickly put pen to paper and started writing down her ideas. Suddenly she had written a series of books called The Ice Cream Moppets.
