  Well, I couldn't keep the book down, I kept reading and reading and reading. A captivating story, very well researched and creatively written. Leaving the reader wanting to hear more, what next, sad parts involving emotions yet creatively brought.
  Highly recommend. I hope to read another book from this writer. I hope to see this creativity act as a movie and be brought live on our screens.

  This true story grips you from the beginning. It’s the telling of the story that makes you feel you are there, you feel the evil, the love and strength this family encountered. You will not want to put the book down until you finish it.
  I cannot wait for the second book to be published.

  Really enjoyed this story. Well put together I’d not heard of this history before. I lived near Denham for a long time. Well-written I thought. A bit bloody at times with details of mass murder.

  Absolutely fantastic read, from start to finish I couldn’t put the book down. A family’s true experience of living in a haunted house which they later went on to find out the horrific reasons... this book is based on a real-life experience, unlike the other book which is based purely on research... it’s a definite must-read book!

  Excellent read about a very creepy haunting. Skillfully told with a traditional English village storyteller style. Not your run-of-the-mill ghost story, you’re going to want to leave the lights on while you read.

  I bought this book as a gift for my brother (BDAY) but decided to read it before I handed it over. So glad I did as it was a great book and the fact that it is a true story told by someone who has a connection to the story made it scarier! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a scary story that is not gory!
