A truly beautiful and heartwarming book that, although aimed at a younger audience, carries a message for all ages. Written in easy to follow rhyming couplets, each page of text sits opposite beautiful richly colourful illustrations. The book offers a way of helping to process the emotions and sadness that follow the loss of someone close to us. It does this by saying that whilst we miss them dearly, they stay with us not only through our memories of them but also in the natural world that surrounds us. In these ways they are with us every day.
