Hettie the Little Dachshund

Hettie is leaving the only home she has ever known to move with her owner, Poppy, and she’s feeling really sad.But with the help of her friends, she starts to realise the move could bring new adventures and friends. Together, they help Hettie see that this change might not be so bad after all! Excitement awaits.

Michelle lives in Somerset with her husband, her horses and her two miniature dachshunds, Hettie and Hugo. She has always been passionate about animals and wildlife, working in the veterinary industry and volunteering at a local wildlife hospital for many years. The kitchen has often been home to an orphaned lamb, several hedgehogs, a recovering owl or a litter of baby hares which, thankfully, her family have loved too.
