There is a troubled bunny who has negative thoughts, and it is causing him anxiety at school. His teacher gives him some magical glasses where his imagination brings a toy to life. He helps the toy solve the same problem that he is also facing. The story tells us that becoming reactive to a negative emotion reveals a disconnect between our needs and that emotion. When we learn to accept the emotion we are feeling and let go, our energy turns to our needs and happiness instead, and we become free to be who we are.

Kym Rigter was born in Gold Coast, Australia. Her passion is teaching early childhood and she greatly values the importance of strengthening a child’s social/emotional development during the early stages of life. It wasn’t until Kym discovered her own journey of self-development that she wanted children to see the world through a more emotionally educated lens; discovering how to deal with catalysts of change during those early years and being able to apply them into adulthood. Kym was creatively inspired to write storybooks to help children from all over the world, not just the students in her classroom.
