What a ride! This books is loads of fun. Exciting story, lots of charm, loveable characters, and plenty of moments that kids will enjoy. There is a really wholesome, important message about friendship as well. Cool illustration style too. Looking forward to seeing more from this author!

I visited the author at one of her recent events locally, which was surrounded with fun, creative activities and a beautiful book reading of Bertie and the Breakfast Treat. We got talking after I purchased a copy, and Toni has more books lined up. With how my children loved Bertie and his friends journey, we are looking forward to seeing what she does next!
