Kate was born and raised in the Midlands. She moved to Derbyshire ten years ago and lives with her partner, Andy, their little boy, James, and too many pets to mention. She was inspired to start writing after adopting her son and hopes her books can inspire creativity in parents who need that extra little strategy up their sleeve!
