The author of ‘Local Time’ Fleur Lind was at Scenic Rim, Tamborine Mountain Library to attend the book launch event of his book ‘Local Time’. The event was attended by many locals and guests. The author formally launched his book and presented the copies of his book for sale.

The book is about Sophia, who is obsessed with her wedding plans but the things which were not supposed to happen started happening. Her newly hired groundsman fools everyone with his deceptive card. Hank suggests the perfect wedding venue but knows one knows the dubious duo on the guest list. The book is full of surprises, romance, and drama. 

The author of this book fleur lind was born and raised in New Zealand. She is working as a carer in rest homes and in the community environment. She is a passionate writer who loves to write on new ideas. She also writes short stories for The Warwick Daily News. She is happily married and has two children and their black Burmese cat ‘Brina’.
