Summer Brookes makes it on to Evening Telegraph
The Evening Telegraph published an article about Summer Brookes and her first book ‘Ruby and Friends – Fun at the Fair’.
The article contained information about the author and the availability of the book in different online platforms and bookstores.
This is a story about a gentle rabbit named Ruby. She lives in an enchanted forest of whispering woods. Young readers are transported to a magical land and experience different adventures with the characters. It will thoroughly entertain children.
Ruby goes off on different excursions with her friends, which makes for a delightful read.
The author has two daughters and they are the reason that this book came to be.
Summer has recently started visiting schools to read her book to children. She currently resides in Montrose with her family.
She has always had an active imagination. She got the idea for Ruby Rabbit when she was only nine. It stayed with her until three years ago when she decided to write the story down for her daughters. She later decided to turn it into a book and it was published with the help of Austin Macauley Publishers.
She hopes to continue writing and create other lovable characters for children.
