Radio Interview of David J Dawkins for his New Children Story Book
David J. Dawkins got interviewed by Radio Shropshire for his recently published children’s book, The Six Macs and the Slime Monster from Loch Ness. David shared that despite being dyslexic, he wrote the book due to his love for writing.
The Six Macs and the Slime Monster from Loch Ness is an enticing story of a group of six Scottish kids who set out on a fishing adventure together and encountered a phenomenal entity whilst doing so. What they deemed as a normal ‘catch of the day’ that escaped their grip turned out to be a ginormous creature beyond their wildest imagination. The 'Six Mac' discovered a mysterious cave chasing their escaped catch and told their parents about it later in the evening after arrival at home. Kids were overwhelmed with their discoveries. Their parents underestimated their detection and thought their stories to be exaggerated tales of the day. The following day six macs went to the river with their parents and encountered one of their most unsettling nightmares coming to life.
