The talented author Caleb Compton appeared on the radio show of Sarah Gosling on BBC Radio Devon on 16th August 2019. Talking about his book A Book of Rather Strange Animals, Caleb said that it is the result of my love for rare and unique animals. I started my Twitter page back in 2013, which slowly and gradually received a splendid response from the animals and nature lovers. It took me quite some time to research animals and relevant facts, but I am glad that my hard work is paying off. The book is stemmed from his Twitter account. Sarah said that she is following Caleb on twitter. Every time she visits his page she gets amazed by the details shared about the rare and extraordinary animals.

A Book of Rather Strange Animals is a mesmerizing read about the rare and hidden animals. The book is the result of the hard work of its author Caleb. He has compiled 100 bizarre species of animals and fishes with peculiar behaviour from around the world. From the lizard that shoots blood from its eyes to the bug that stacks the corpses of ants on its back, you will find many other strange creatures with jaw-dropping facts.
