Preloved features Questioning and Answering session for Rag Doll Lost- Pauline Emsley
Member of Preloved and author of ‘Rag Doll Lost’, Pauline Emsley was interviewed for her latest book. The book is a perfect inspiration for little ones to create a sense of recycling and reusing in them. The author talked about the book and her inspiration behind it.
The book is about a little girl called Georgie who loses her special rag doll on a day out in the countryside. The doll spends the night alone in the wild and is visited by some curious country animals the other day. She finds the environment very busy and she is not alone.
She is found by Georgie after some time and it is then when she comes up with a brilliant idea of creating something special with old recycled odds to make sure that she never loses her beloved things ever again.
She finds the countryside very exciting and interesting about nocturnal animals who sleep in daylight and comes out for food at night.
The book has a very strong plot for recycling and reusing different raw things through which we can save our planet.
Pauline Emsley was referred to as daydreamer by her mother. She brings reality and imaginations together.
She thinks that storytelling is a great way to learn about our natural surroundings and also it is the key to live a happy and healthy life.
