The online magazine highlighted the letter published in ‘Neil's Story: Trial by Media’ by Clifford Entwistle. The said letter was written by Neil which he intended to send to his wife Rachel’s parents but was denied and instead was redirected to his parents. Clifford Entwistle published that letter in his book.

‘Neil's Story: Trial by Media’ is a book based on a true crime story of a man accused of his wife and infant child’s murder. Neil was trialled and charged for double murder and sentenced lifetime imprisonment. However, Neil’s father Clifford believes that the verdict of the court was influenced by media and important evidence were withheld at the time of trial.

Clifford Entwistle worked as a coal miner for a quarter of a century and currently instructs forklift truck drivers. He has also been a sitting district councillor for Bassetlaw for over eighteen years. Along with his wife he enjoys taking trips across the UK visiting Historic places.
