Niloufer Mavalvala’s Cookbook, The Art of Parsi Cooking Wins Certificate of Excellence
We are delighted to announce that Niloufer Mavalvala’s cookbook, The Art of Parsi Cooking: Reviving an Ancient Cuisine, has also now been awarded a Certificate of Excellence and was part of the exhibition this year among the best 300 cookbooks in the past 25 years. Her book won this award along with her latest cookbook The World of Parsi Cooking: Food Across Borders, which has also won 3 awards from the Gourmand Cookbooks.
