Niloufer Mavalvala Shares Her Photos from Cooking at Le Cordon Bleu
Niloufer Mavalavla, author of The Art of Parsi Cooking: Reviving an Ancient Cuisine, has recently been to Le Cordon Bleu where she cooked up a real feast, teaching a masterclass to 40 enthusiastic foodies from all over the world. She received fabulous reviews and has been invited back to teach again.
