While civilians think that army people only enjoy the luxuries of life, the army people on the other side think civilian’s life is easy to live. The stunning transformation of an ex-armed forces person into a civilian has many serious and hilarious moments.

The author Michael Sykes lives in Hampshire. He has served in the Royal Navy as Lt Commander in both the public and private sectors. He left the Royal Navy in 1987 and went to Croatia where he started his Language School.
