This is the book about the residents of Mill Valley which mocks their behavior and habits. There is very much going on in this little town in Northern California where there are a diversity and people from different countries and states living under the same giant redwood trees.
The stories are as diverse as its people and everyone has got their own tale to tell you. There is Portia who is waiting for her lost husband in Papua New Guinea and then there are Helena and Lisa who are two young actresses struggling for the same role in a local production.
Adam is taking advice from a spandex warrior group on how to cope with Portia and Olivia and her designer sister are seeking Adam’s attention. Roderic McLoed is a charming senior citizen who signs for a retirement complex and is overwhelmed by women residents.
In short, the book depicts the local happenings at the town which includes a visiting guru, rehearsals for the play, a bike tour, a dog rescue and other capers.
