Austin Macauley’s cookery book, Cooking in the South of France by the talented Marcia Ochsner wins the third position in Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2020. Founded in 1995, the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards have been compared to the “Oscar Awards”.

 

Cooking in the South of France is a cookbook that presents Marcia’s views on different classic French dishes. Marcia incorporated her experiences of travel into the book.
