Author Linden Carroll attended a great book signing event for her book ‘Olive’. The book signing event was hosted by Indigo Books. A massive turn out from readers community made the event successful and the author enjoyed interacting with the supportive audience.

Olive is the story of strength humans exhibit in face of hardships. The story spans from the end of the 19^th century through WW-II which reduced Southampton to ruins. Olive is a strong and clever girl, who although shunned by her family at birth learned to survive using all sorts of means. But there is a cost to everything.

Linden Carroll is from England and currently lives in British Columbia. She likes to visit Cascade Mountain area of northern Washington where she enjoys taking walks accompanied by her loving dog. She feels strongly about the need to remember the spirit and soul of the British people who lived through two wars.
