Henrietta Mackenzie Appeared Live on BBC Radio
BBC Radio Berkshire interviewed Henrietta Mackenzie on February 28th. The interview comprised of a live talk on Bill Buckley’s show in the morning. Henrietta was the first guest in the show and spoke about her book, The Secret Lives of Two Googly-Eyed Cats. She also shared the cause that has inspired us and to which part of her earnings from the book would go. You can listen to this interesting talk here.
Henrietta’s book is an outcome of the stories she used to create for her daughter’s bedtime. The stories used to revolve around the kid’s two googly-eyed toy cats. This is how the book came to life. Henrietta’s love for her daughter intensified when the little one was diagnosed with a condition. She became all the more convinced to do something remarkable for her and the outcome is right before our eyes – the children’s book titled The Secret Lives of Two Googly-Eyed Cats. This is a picture book with a fun storyline where two cat toys come to life every night and roam around in the house. Henrietta has written this book to support the hospital where her child was treated.
