Hattie Gee’s Book The Stowaway Featured by The Sidmouth Herald
A local newspaper, Sidmouth Herald, has published a feature article about Hattie Gee’s book, The Stowaway. It has inspired some more people to buy the book and the local bookshop had to order more stock. The book was also promoted on the billboards outside the bookstore.
The Stowaway is an adventurous story about Hattie’s bustling life. She has no time to take any other responsibility, but a stormy night brings Hattie and a frightened boy together. Hattie Gee lived in the Yorkshire countryside and had a cheerful childhood. She spent most of her childhood on a nearby farm. Her love for nature, care for animals, and running a riding school for children inspired her to write this book.
