Harold Kruger, born in London in 1962, emigrated to Adelaide, Australia, with his family in 1976, where he still resides. He holds a degree in Biology and an honours degree in Philosophy from Flinders University and is a second-dan black belt in Karate. With a background in travel, music, and fine art, Harold has overcome mental health challenges and several addictions. A devoted Buddhist, he now focuses on meditation and his artistic pursuits.
