The Gazette Standard featured the article about Luke Harding’s new book that teaches not to take life too seriously. The author presents his views as ‘My main career path is in acting, and part of that is understanding mind, body, and spirit. I went beyond that and as a hobby, I just started researching. Through learning about myself I came up with this one idea that a lot of life can be taken too seriously and its unnecessary stress.’
The book is a pure advice to its readers who take too much stress in life and it looks like there is one thing after another. They wish for the easier times as it gets more complicated and wants things to be changed for the better.
The book is a step by step relief for people to get out of their strains and with each passing page, the reader realizes the fact that how we make things seem so stressful than they actually are.
Luke Harding was born in Essex and is now living in London. He likes to help people with his deep research in spirit, mind, and body.
He wanted to change things for the best in the cause of self-awareness and harmony and in his quest of finding the peace he discovered that it was not taking life too seriously that worked best for him which he thinks will work best for others as well.
