David C. Pike's book 'Fire-Floats and Fireboats' has been named as a finalist for The Wishing Shelf Awards.

The novel is in the shortlist of 16 books that have made it into the final round of competition for the category of Books for Adults (non-fiction). We are now waiting with bated breath for the results.
