Diana Sare, the author of ‘Randy The Runaway Raccoon’ enjoyed Reading to the School Students
St. Isabella School hosted a book reading event and invited Diana Sare to read from her darling children’s book ‘Randy The Runaway Raccoon’. The event went great as the author talked to and read to four grade three classes, all of whom had a million questions. The visit was wonderful and the author sold several copies of her book as well.
‘Randy The Runaway Raccoon’ is an adventure story of a young raccoon from the city who was pampered by his mother. Some unexpected events led him to the wilderness where he out of necessity learns to look after himself and discovers his instinctual nature.
Diana Sare was an adventurous spirit as a young person but now she has settled to spend her summers in Canada and moves to Panama for winters. Her love for adventure, travelling and exploring still keeps her on the go with her husband, Robin. Her other interests include painting, gardening and spending time with the youth of her family.
