David Wilshin with his wife and two lovely daughters lives in Ely, Cambridgeshire. The family also enjoys the company of Jack Russell terrier and chickens. He has worked as a chef in the UK, Spain and the Caribbean. He has also worked under the capacity of general manager of the Cambridge Cheese Company since 2002.
