On his twitter account, the author Caleb Compton conducted a competition offering a chance to win three copies of his book ‘A Book of Rather Strange Animals’ for free. The competition provided great exposure to his book. Now he is offering a code for those who entered the competition to purchase the book at 40% off.

‘A Book of Rather Strange Animals’ is a fascinating book which brings together hundreds of strange animals from around the world. From interesting, rarely sighted insects to odd looking amphibians and a lot more peculiar species.

Caleb Compton is a bioscience graduate from the University of Exeter, he specialized in animal biology and acquired his degree in 2016. He grew up watching nature documentaries by great Sir David Attenborough which made him keen about animals. In 2013 he started a twitter account about strange animals, which gained a lot of attention. This interest of the general community encouraged him to publish his book.
