The book ‘A Boy’s War’ is the story of an adventure-loving boy who finds himself in the midst of exciting ventures, after his house is bombed down in World War II. He manages to sneak himself in thick of the action and drag his friend Grace with him. Inspired from true events, his historical fiction depicts fortitude of the ordinary man in face of affliction during the war.

In 1955, David was born in Liverpool. Later he got a degree in Art College training as a Textile Designer. In 1974, he became a Police Officer. After retirement, he commenced a career investigating Insurance Fraud. During his whole working life, he continued working as a freelance artist and continues this to the present day.
