The Story Tree hosted book launch event for the Romance genre novel Travelling by Gillian Wells. The event was a great success and Gillian was able to sell a lot of copies of her book immediately. She was happy to share that feedback and questions session also went well. Reception of the book was very encouraging as she received an excellent response on the launch day of her book.

Travelling is a story of a British lady in her mid-twenties who has a love for horses and a past she wishes to escape. Taking her emotional baggage and secrets with her, she moves to Australia to start her life afresh. Things start getting better for her and she meets a man with emotional problems just like her and the two bond over it, helping each other heal and move on with life. Everything was going the right way until her past catches up and the picture gets worse than it ever was.

Gillian Wells much like the protagonist of her book is of English origins who moved to Australia. She shares a love and passion for horse-riding just like Sam from her book. She is living with her husband in Australia, while her children and grandchildren reside in England, France and Australia. She has travelled throughout Australia and enjoys gardening, cooking, horse riding and singing.
