Connor talked about how he joined the rugby club in 1975 and recalls the excitement and problems he faced. The article also features a portrait of Connor holding a rugby ball and the cover of his book.

Connor’s book is a sports extravaganza and a personal experience that revels in the mid to late 1970’s rugby matches. Connor accounts his most memorable matches as his team beats a few of the top men’s rugby football clubs in the East. Rugby Tries and Knock Ons enthrals readers as they follow the team faces both victories and losses and gets ready to play in the Rugby Sevens Tournament, which was the most popular tournament and consisted of teams and clubs from all over the U.S.

Author Connor Murphy is new to authoring books, Rugby Tries and Knock Ons is his first published book, however, even though he is a novice writer, Connor has done a brilliant job. He is inspired to pen down true stories. An avid sports fan, a previous teacher and a software developer, he currently resides in Rhode Island.
