Obed Figueroa was invited by the Forest Glen Elementary School to virtually talk to kids about his children’s book, Marcus Learns About the Different Types of Doctors. Marcus Learns About the Different Types of Doctors is a children’s book. The main character is a grade 2 student named Marcus who wants to become a doctor. He wants to know how the doctors work and how they help people by treating them. His grandmother is a resourceful person, who takes him along on an adventure that leads them to the local community health centre. There, they meet different health care professionals.
