Our fabulous author, Joan Whitehead, was invited to a book signing and promotion event by the Albany Library. She also talked to the audience about her book ‘The Four Seasons of Sammy Snail’ at the event. The audience liked the book.

The Four Seasons of Sammy Snail is a children’s book that tells the story of a small, naughty snail named Sammy who has an adventure for every season. As he goes on his adventures, he makes friends too.

Joan Whitehead was born and raised in a small village in England. From an early age, Joan Whitehead liked drawing and painting. She is currently living in Australia, running her private art gallery and sells a variety of media. Writing and illustrating children’s books has always been her favourite activity. She is immensely happy about this book and how it has taken form.
