Austin Macauley’s incredible author, Molly Ashton, was featured by Adoption London for her book, The Kite's Tale, on 9th April 2021. You can read the complete feature here.

Molly shared that adoption was a collective decision of her family, and the process of adoption was a family journey. She did think the process was hard and adoption brought with itself a fair share of challenges. Molly was bold enough to accept all challenges that came along the way. When she adopted her first daughter, she could not find any books to read to her younger sons that would help them accept the addition to the family, particularly an adopted sibling. So, Molly’s social worker suggested that she write a book from her own experience.

Molly firmly believes that although life is tough, optimism and healing can ease it. She lives happily with her husband and children, two of whom are adopted.
