The author Geoffrey Benson attended the book signing event of his book Ben Jonson and a Case of Fraudulent Conversion at Applegate Farm and Cafe, Milton Green, Cheshire on 6th May 2019. The event was attended by huge number of people. The book received a positive response from the readers. Many people were interested in getting a signed copy of the book. The story of Ben Jonson and a Case of Fraudulent Conversion is about a forensic accountant, Ben Jonson, who works with a newly started local operatic society. While defending the director against an accusation of embezzlement, he finds out an unforeseen fact exposed about one of his staff members.

Geoffrey Benson hails from Cheshire. He graduated from Cambridge with Economics degree. He pursued his career as Chartered Accountant. He is married with a grown-up son and smoothly manages time between his homes in England and Spain.
