Pablo is a hardworking, upstanding police officer, proud of his long marriage and lovely family. Through decades of quiet dedication and single-minded devotion he has achieved the successes one strives for in life, both with his family and career. Close to retirement and to sitting back and enjoying the fruits of a successful career and marriage, a malicious spurious complaint at work should have no material consequences on his life, but it starts a domino effect, and before long he finds himself shockingly dismissed, divorced, without a home, and with a criminal record. This story explores a convoluted tragic journey of divorce, rich with emotion, loss, betrayal, revenge and confusion. Along the way it explores the dynamics of what makes a relationship weak and vulnerable, or strong and resolute. It’s not a miserable story, but one of resilience, hope, and true love. It is told with an immense depth of feeling, insight, humour and faith, and there are many truly surprising twists and turns as the story unfolds.

The author is a retired police officer who has had a lot of life experience. He was married to his first wife for thirty years and they raised four children. Following a divorce, he married again and divorced just three years later. Apart from writing, he plays the piano, loves gardening and has carried out a lot of DIY building projects in his spare time. He is a ‘people person’, and has always taken a keen interest in behavioural psychology and relationships.

    - The story spans over 27 chapters. It is based on a character named Pablo. He is a police officer. He has stability in his, one thing that many crave. He has a successful career, a loving family, and a house. He has a simple life. He is close to his retirement.
However, he is thrown into a tumultuous mystery that turns his life upside down.

    - Someone has complained against him in his office. These allegations turn out to be so disastrous, that like a domino effect, Pablo soon finds himself divorced, homeless, and lonely. He now has a criminal record to his name and life has never been this unstable before.

    - Will Pablo and his wife be able to reconcile their relationship? Are the allegations against him true or is he being framed? It is a story of love, betrayal, hope, revenge, and pain. It is a romantic thriller that takes us on an emotional roller-coaster ride with a well-written story.

    - The plot is amazing and intriguing. The book is paced well and the writing style is gripping. The story unfolds splendidly and has the right twists and turns to keep the readers going. Overall, it is a great read.

Just when everything seems calm, life throws new and unexpected challenges our way. Isn't that so true?
Til Death We Do Part is a story that portrays the unexpected turns which life takes to sail through the waves of time. This is not your usual kind of story, but it is one that harbours considerable depth and is rich with emotions. The story is a perfect blend of love, faith, betrayal, hope, resilience, honesty, and much more.

A hardworking and honest police officer, Pablo, had everything in life - a good career, a loving wife, but one single malicious complaint at work turned his life topsy-turvy. He ended up dismissed, divorced, homeless, and with a criminal record. The story will take you on an emotional roller-coaster journey through Pablo's life. The story wonderfully explores the dynamic facets of human emotions.

The cover is beautifully designed and the title is also intriguing. The theme of this story is quite unique and the plot is nice as well. The narration is absolutely engaging and the unexpected twists and turns kept me glued to the story till the end. The storyline is strong and the pace is moderate. I loved how the author has portrayed each character in the story. The story has a lot of descriptive detailings which adds much vividity to it.

Overall it's a very different kind of story which appealed to me very much. I'm so glad to have come across this book.

Life can be harsh at times and is never constant but the thing that remains constant is our faith in ourselves. And that makes everything fall into its right place one by one.

Pablo is a strong protagonist of the story whose life is so good which is similar to the dream life one can have. But life turned all the tables upside down.

This is really a heart-wrenching read for me but I really liked how the author has penned the characters so nicely.

Language is lucid along with a pretty good narrative. The main reason for picking this book was its beautiful cover and title.

The writing style is commendable and the way every scene is written and plotted is just admirable.

Overall, it was an absolutely soothing read for me which I've been searching for quite a long time.

Lastly would recommend this to all who prefer reading books of this particular genre.

Eagerly waiting to read the next books from Bruno.

Pablo is a hard-working, upstanding police officer, proud of his marriage and lovely family who is close to his retirement after a good and successful career but something tragic happens that breaks his sweet dreams of his future and breaks the bond of love and devotion he maintained for almost 30 years with his beloved wife which leads to the emotional downfall of Pablo and smashes the life he built with years of hard work.

"Til Death We Do Part" is a story filled with remorse, sadness and Pablo's eternal love for his wife. His false hope that he could reforge the bond that was broken and his constant efforts to meet the expectations of his wife was very painful to read. On the other side, the mental struggle through which his wife was suffering was too much bitter. The distancing of his wife made matters worse for Pablo and each effort made by Pablo to save their 30 years old marriage made matters more terrible for his wife. Their life was like an infinite loop of gloom where an act by one move other to a new place darker than the previous.

Though the story was too much painful, it gave an important lesson about letting things go. Some things can't stay forever and the more early you accept this fact, the more beneficial it is to save you from the tragedy following it.

Overall it was a very dark and grievous story with simple writing. In some instances, it felt a bit stretched but altogether it was a very good read.

    Happy Reading!

Till Death We Do Part by Bruno Beaches is a beautiful, heart-wrenching, suspense thriller novel. It was a really emotional read for me. I felt angry, sad, frustrated, heartbroken, relieved, happy... literally so many things I can't even explain.

So, basically, the story is about our protagonist Pablo who is a proud, honest policeman with a happy family and content life. But now all of a sudden a complaint has his thirty years of married life on the verge of breaking down after he is alleged to have an affair with another woman and using his position to manipulate others.
Then we get to understand how he feels and deals with this accusation. How his family and others deal with this news and how they treat Pablo. After being fired, thrown out of his house, being divorced, and what not his life seems dark and bleak. But as they say, there's always light and hope on the other side of the tunnel, he begins investigating what happened and why was he accused. Who had the ulterior motive behind this?

The plot was full of suspense, twists, turns and conspiracies that kept me at the edge of my seat. As the mysteries are unveiled one by one, the scenarios got super interesting. The narration really grips you from the start. You never feel bored while reading. It's a solid read for me. I can't recommend this book enough!

If you're into suspense thrillers or are just looking for a book that will suck you in and grip your heartstrings, then this book is for you.

Till Death We Do Part is a story about separation and grief that follows. Pablo is a police officer living a routine life with his wife. He's like every regular person going through day-to-day routines pretty much settled in a conventional way. However, he receives a very serious allegation close to his retirement. This breaks his life. He gets separated from his wife, loses his job, and becomes homeless.

The book is not a heroic story of a police office falsely framed trying to clear his name. It is about coping up with sudden changes and learning to let go. Moving on from a 30-year-old marriage built on trust and love would never be easy and this is what sets this story apart from other romance novels. Every movie, series, and film talks about finding love. Representation of break-ups/separations is very rare. Narration is slow but you can't expect a book talking about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to be fast-paced.

Must read if you are interested in such subjects.

The book revolves around fragile relationships, broken states, loneliness, deceptions, divorce, unconditional love, trust that once was there but not anymore. It is slow in narration but gradually picks pace accordingly. Some of the things felt too dragged which could be avoided accordingly. The characters are portrayed in detail that leaves no doubt about their personality. The cliffhanger by the end suggests a sequel. Read this if you want to read about the Uncertainty of life and its events.

A dark, gripping tale but the whole book is so easy to get into and instantly gripping once you start it.

It's the writing that flows with ease and tells you to listen, leaving everything else aside. There wasn't a moment where you would get distracted. The characters are constantly involved throughout the writing until the end.

The book is short and you can read it in one sitting as the plot is quite realistic and it feels like we are watching a movie while reading the book.

The characters are distinct and the development of each character was well done.

The main story is told from a policeman's life and the cases he has to deal with: false charges, humiliating situations, the ups and downs he has to face in such a profession dealing with the drug addicts and the consequences related and how he's struggling in his marriage.

Apart from this, the story also tries to tell about domestic life and the hardships that come along when it's a marriage between two people with quite different personalities.

There are many life lessons in between the lines throughout the entire read. The plot explores the relationship between Pablo, the main protagonist, and his wife, Delilah: their differences, their opposite personalities, their points of view regarding their relationship, and their divorce.

I feel the story and the characters are mature and quite convincing. I do feel many of us would be able to relate to the characters and what they went through.

It's so satisfying to read a book with a strong storyline built with strong characters which the readers would relate to at a personal level.

The story goes real deep dissecting the relationship between Pablo and Delilah, their characters, and how they perceived their marriage and relationship.

My heart was broken but I was both team Pablo and team Delilah. Because the book is that well written, and the sensitive theme is being handled quite sensibly considering both sides involved.

You will also get to see how the characters try their best to fix things, try to understand each other despite their differences, and how they ultimately deal with it.

    A wholesome read indeed.
