The Wardens: Shadows of the Past

Cal Garrick, a simple stableboy, dreams of a life beyond his idyllic village – one of adventure and renown.

His world is soon turned upside down when his life is saved by a mysterious stranger belonging to an old order of peacekeepers who fell from grace a decade ago.

Now, Cal must help this disgraced warrior in his quest to uncover the truth about the destruction of the Order of Wardens.

C B MacPherson grew up a fan of fantasy and superhero books, TV and film, as well as being an avid gamer. As a young boy, he would often write stories as a way of letting his imagination run wild. This fell by the wayside when he began his higher education studies.

It wasn’t until he was settled in his teaching career that he started experimenting with writing again, and taking inspiration from series like The Witcher and Game of Thrones, as well as some of his favourite videogames like The Elder Scrolls, he put pen to paper to create the world of The Wardens.
