A misfit, writer, spoken word artist, mental health practitioner/counsellor, reflective researcher dedicated to promoting creative psychology, which is named as ‘Urban Psychotherapist’, by participants in her raw Impact Community survey, created Reflective Spoken Word, to deliver her findings.


Despite adversity, Annz continued to unpack her project – and created, Hurt People, Heal People, due to losing her father, during entering the public arena, to bring her passion to life, she honours black men, which stems from her love for her father, whom she dedicates her work and thanks him for a masterclass, as he was a quality human being – the good enough father.
