As alliances crumble one question lingers: can the march to war truly be halted? To the east the orcs gather, watching, waiting, biding their time…

Anthony Griffin fell for the genre of fantasy at an early age after visiting the local library and spying a book cover with a diminutive figure standing before a circular doorway. He never quite fell out of love with the genre.

He spent much of his life in Harlow, Essex but now resides in Ware, Hertfordshire. Having moved from one uninspired vocation to another, he settled for some time as a driving instructor before finally daring to turn his hand to creative writing.
