This book quickly became one of my favorite stories of adventure and girlhood. Mari A. Potter does an incredible job of describing these fanciful adventures while also relating the character of Zada Jane to her reader. A must read for my family and would make a great gift for any teachers in your life!

Such a great read! This book influences children to become more adventurous which I believe is much needed these days. It really takes me back to adventures when I was Zada Jane's age as well. I think every school library should have a copy.

The Adventures of Zada Jane is a delightful book for readers of all ages. The main character demonstrates resilience, introspection and personal growth along with sincerity and vulnerability. This theme could easily be overlooked due to the humorous and entertaining nature of each story but it is apparent that there is more to Zada Jane than meets the eye. Reading HER stories from HER perspective made me wish I was a child again and sharing adventures with Zada Jane as MY neighbor and best friend. I hope there will be more books as I miss her voice already.

Thoroughly enjoyed! So full of laughter and adventure through the eyes and heart of little girl. When reading it, I found myself thinking how I would have loved growing up as a Zada Jane! Highly recommend!!
