Thought you knew about history? Think again. The dinosaurs were not killed off by an asteroid strike, the Koban in their thousands did that. They are still here, and have been throughout history, killing and eating millions.

But now there is only one shapeshifting Koban hunter left, and only he and his acid-tongued AI stand in the way of the Koban turning humans into nothing more than cattle.

Alterative history with a science fiction twist.

Scottish born, avid reader and alternate history buff, William C. Young now lives in Perth, Australia, enjoying the sunshine.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the book.

Ohna's personality and relationship with Zin is reminiscent of Rogue Trooper and his team.

The book was finished in one sitting during a miserable Scottish summer day and kept me entertained from start to end.

Great little book, it was hard to put down! The underlying humour and the syfi twist made it a great read. I hope there is more!

Fantastic book. Loved the way historical and mythological events were woven into the storyline. Clearly, the story could go on, so I hope the author has a sequel in mind.

Awesome book. I loved it. The way the writer has you in suspense and then throws in comic relief with a funny/ comical comment or thought of 1 of the characters, was one very enjoyable for me. A very well-written book. Can not wait for the next one.

  • A kaleidoscope of sci-fi

The Author has blended classic sci-fi themes and maybe a little 2000AD into a terrific tale then added his own spin, the lead character Zin and his offsider hunt the bad guys through some of Earth's unknown history. I can't say more than that without spoilers. The only criticism I have is it's too short I'm really hoping a second book is on its way.
