Donald Harrison is a retired architect who worked in his own and others’ practices from 1958 to 1996. Since 1994, he has been a compiler of cryptic crosswords, having compiled 135 books of such and has continually had them published in leading papers and magazines. He has been involved in amateur theatre as performer and script writer and has travelled widely. He is married with 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
