Gaynor Corkery has been an English teacher and university lecturer in teacher education. Now she lives in Wanaka, New Zealand, enjoying the outdoors and writing. Aristotle the Axolotl is her third book for children. She lives with Mike and has two sons, three grandchildren, a Boxer and two axolotls.
