Sometimes in life, the time comes when we want to be the very best we can be, to achieve our goals. Freddy was no exception! He wanted to win a gold medal at the biggest jumping competition in the world, the Frog Olympics. He practised his jumping every day, making sure he was ready with his body and his mind for the big day, preparing himself as best he could for the biggest competition for which he had ever entered. But other frogs from around the world wanted to win that medal too! They came from near and far, from every pond in the land, ready to jump to glory! How do you think Freddy went? He was very confident, very good, very ready, and very keen to do the best he could do! Read his story!

With four children under five, living on a small farm near Melbourne, the author respected the need for their careful education and sensible discipline and told them stories, based on farm and wild animals, that would impart to them life lessons for their paths ahead!

With the passage of time, some twenty-five plus years, these stories have now been put down in writing and published for children everywhere who will face similar challenges and choices in their own lives that the author’s children successfully met in theirs.
