Ira David Wood III is an award-winning actor, director, and author. He is the founder of Theatre In The Park in Raleigh, NC. His musical-comedy stage adaptation of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens has been cited as “one of the most successful shows in North Carolina theatre history.” His published works include A Lover’s Guide To The Outer Banks, Confessions Of An Elf, Finale, The JFK Assassination Chronology, and The Russian Galatea. The father of three children—Ira David Wood IV, Evan Rachel Wood, and Thomas Miller Wood—David and his wife, Ashley, remain proud to call North Carolina “home.”
