Ron J. Wallington’s writing career started when he was employed as a management consultant with the Road Transport Industry Training Board. In between conducting training courses for managers at home and abroad, he wrote many training manuals. On retirement his writing stopped until he won first prize in a magazine short story competition. He has now taken up his pen again and hopes this story will be the first of many.
