Allan H Platts M.B.B.S., F.R.C.S. (ENG)
Allan Platts, born in 1937 (the year nylon was patented in the U.S., and the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco opened), is a retired specialist surgeon residing in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. As a younger man he regularly jogged 5 km daily for aerobic exercise, but with advancing years developed this home-based exercise routine.
With the advent of the SARS Covid 19 pandemic in 2020 and its worldwide evolution in 2021, he came to realise the likely effects both physically and psychologically on the elderly cohort in society who were often isolated due to the circumstances.
This little book is an attempt on his part to address the situation provided the reader is sufficiently motivated!
