He originally planned to study commercial art. Yet inspired by his uncle, he changed career objectives to food and hospitality.
Self-determination and the dream of greater opportunity saw the travel to Australia in 1969. He has had a successful career in retailing, holding various senior appointments with major brands.
Now retired, he lives on the north coast of NSW with Katie.
