Moustafa El-Guindy

Moustafa El-Guindy was born in Egypt on August 10, 1943. He grew up in Cairo; since youth, his passion for literature has been overwhelming, and he was deeply influenced by the great writers of Egypt like Taha Hussein and Najib Mahfouz (Nobel Prize 1988). Later in 1961, he joined the University of Cairo, getting his degree as a biochemist in June 1965. During this time, he started to publish his articles and poems in Egypt. In 1969, he moved to Brazil, where he worked as a university professor. Now, he lives in the beautiful city of Murrieta, CA, USA.


Moustafa published many literary works, articles, poems and books in Egypt, Brazil and the United States.
